1. About RelaxX

RelaxX provides access to high-quality massage chairs in high-traffic locations. Users can start a massage session and make payments via the built-in touchscreen.

2. Use of Service

• The massage chairs are intended for individual use.
• You may not use the chair if you:
• Are pregnant (unless explicitly approved by your doctor)
• Have a pacemaker or serious heart conditions
• Suffer from severe back or neck problems
• Have recently undergone surgery
• Use is entirely at your own risk. Please consult a doctor if in doubt.

3. Rates and Payment

• The pricing for each massage session is clearly displayed on the screen.
• Payment must be made before the session using bank card or mobile payment.
• RelaxX is not responsible for any errors or failures caused by external payment providers.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Once a session has been purchased, it cannot be canceled or refunded unless the chair is proven to be defective.

5. Liability

• RelaxX is not liable for any injury, discomfort, or damage resulting from the use of the massage chairs, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
• Use of the chairs is strictly at your own risk.

Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. RelaxX respects your privacy and uses your data solely for service delivery and promotional communication (only if you have opted in).

7. Code of Conduct

• Do not damage or misuse the chairs.
• Inappropriate behavior or vandalism will not be tolerated and may result in liability for damages or legal action.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the RelaxX website and massage chair interfaces (including text, logos, and visuals) is the property of RelaxX or its licensors. You may not copy or distribute any of this content without prior permission.

9. Modifications

RelaxX reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be announced via the website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. In case of disputes, the courts of Antwerp shall have jurisdiction.
